Sitescope 11.20 migration

hi, Can you help me ?

I do not understand why when update HP siteScope 10.11 --> Sitescope 11.20  monitoring server Apache where metrics  b/second and b/request is differenceparagraph I copy below. Where: IP ...227.1 b/second and b/request : status: is value.
But 
IP ...227.112  b/second and b/request : status: Unknown  : n/a

me understand SiteScope only the default template is the byte /seconds, so when the transaction multiple kb / seconds it will not understand?
