I have implemented a new Failover server and applied a new Failover license.
It has imported successfully and is displayed within "Installed Licenses" as the following: Type: Failover, Description: Failover Points License, Expires: Perpetual, Quantity: 2500points.
However, within the same menu is is reporting: "No valid license". Is there any specific reason why this may be?

Could you confirm your Sitescope version?
Also, try this steps below:
- Open SiteScope\WEB-INF\classes\default.config file
- Add "_haInstall=true" value.
- Restart Sitescope.
