SiteScope 11.22: VCenter monitoring question?

Hello,

I plan on using the SiteScope VM monitors to monitor my VCenter and VM devices.

Is vcenter webservices URL an absolute requirement for configuring sitescope and to provide all the performance health metrics for both the VMs and the ESX hosts themselves?

The documentation is not that intuitive and does not exactly provide a list of requirements to do so.

Any information is greatly appreciated.

Re: SiteScope 11.22: VCenter monitoring question?

Hi Tex,

as far as I know to monitor ESXi and VMs on it, you have VCenter URL the only way in sitescope..

URL frmat will be https://VCenterIP/sdk

and you need to import certificates in sitescope first.
