SiteScope 10.13 monitoring VMware

We're currently using SiteScope 10.13 to monitor our physical and virtual servers (VMware, ESX 4.1). It appears that there is some discrepancies between what SiteScope is reporting for CPU utilization and what vSphere is reporting for some of our virtualized Windows 2008 servers. For example, SiteScope sent an alert for CPU utilization of 99% average (CPU 1 @ 99% and CPU 2 @ 100%) at 3:24pm, yet when we look at what vSphere is reporting for that same virtual server it reports the CPU utilization at 84% for that exact same time and date. There is no other CPU spikes reported by vSphere that are over 46%, so it's not a matter of the times being off between the two tools. Any thoughts as to why SiteScope would be off by 15% on CPU utilization monitoring? Is this a problem with SiteScope 10.x that is resolved with the new VMware support features in SiteScope 11.x? Thanks for your insight.
