I have few questions regarding the service modeling and integration between CMS and RTSM.
The requirement is to build a model in RTSM and sync it to CMS so that the global Id's are uniform in uCMDB, BSM and SM.
Service modeling – creating the relationship among the applications between various CI's. But RTSM can push the data related to its data collectors (SiteScope, BPM etc) to CMS. Is the integration data from OMW/NNM/etc., can also be pushed from RTSM to CMS? The documentation is not very conclusive, please provide insights.
RTSM and CMS integration – there are two types of integration 1. Pushing the data to CMS and 2. Pulling the data from CMS.
We want to push the data from RTSM to CMS.
please provide some valuable insights.

1. If you would like to perform your modeling in a centralized location that will handle global IDs, it should be on the CMS side, which by definition is set as the global ID generator.
2. We only support push sync from UCMDB/CMS 10.01 CUP5 and up into BSM 9.22 and up, but not the other way around.
Topology can be pulled using population sync from BSM/RTSM into CMS (or the other way around in case you will change your requirements based on the above).

also i don't see any reason to populate all the monitoring related data (Business Transactions Flows, Transaction, SiteScope Groups, SiteScope Monitors and so on) into the CMS and even further into SM. this is pretty much why we have the RTSM as monitoring subset of the CMS

The model should be configured in your CMS not RTSM because actually RTSM is only for operational data that comes from the Data collectors and should not be utilized by any configuration management data.
