Report for just during normal business hours

Within BSM I need to provide a availability report for just during normal business hours for Synthetic Transactions. Though I have daily reports that are set up for just normal business hours, I'm not sure how to get a report for the last 6 weeks, Mon-Fri from 7am to 5pm. Any suggestions?

Thanks,

David

Re: Report for just during normal business hours

We do not support such report, this is not the first time tiem I hear thsi request.

The only way to get such data is using SLA platform which support such reports, and you can define different calanders according to your business hour.

I can put in an enhancement request if you think it has a chance of getting through?

Re: Report for just during normal business hours

You can put an ER (mention the customer name), we already have such BTW.
Honestly - I don't see it happen in the next year, or next 1.5 year.

Re: Report for just during normal business hours

you can create Custom Query Builder report, and create filter on the time_stamp and with modulu (%) operator filter out samples which are not within the business hours.

this is your only option if you dont want to use SLM as Noam suggested.
