Process monitors showing duplicate service name to be monitored

Hi,

We need to create several process(service) monitors. The "Sevice" that we are supposed to monitor is showing up incomplete service name in Sitescope and since more than 1 service is having similar name at the start, it is difficult to distinguish between the Service names.

Also, when tried manually, using 'ps -ef' we are getting incomplete service names for the same.

Kindly suggest a resolution for the same.

Please use plain text.

What's the length of process name? if ps command has issues with it too there's nothing we can do on SiS side.

Re: Process monitors showing duplicate service name to be monitored

Hi Kenneth,

Thanks for your reply.

The process name is quite large but we see a truncated form of it in Sitescope; such that 2 process names appear duplicated.

We are not getting the complet name using ps -ef. However, we are getting response for ps -alwxx | grep domain1/domain2(manually).
