We have UCMDB (v9.05 with CP11) integrated with BMC Remedy 7.6 in our environment and we are using Atrium CMDB to populate CIs to UCMDB.
There is a question: Is it possible to configure UCMDB so that after an operation of population the administrator could choose which a changes in CMDB to approve and which a changes to reject, and while this choice is not made by admin a changes in CMDB does not apply?
Should we install Configuration Manager and configure it in a certain way may be?

This is not possible just having the ucmdb . You need to have the configuraiton manager where you have option of authorized state. You can create the composite CI and check the other CIs and find out the what is the deviation with respect to the composite change. In configuration manager, we can put CIs into authorized state and then you can control the changes.
In fact, you can have the changes created in the Service Manager and then take the appropriate action.

OK, with Configuration manager, we can monitor the deviation from an authorized state. Does this mean that the change in the CMDB takes effect after the operation of population/import or the change in CMDB takes effect only after we confirm the new authorized state?
We need to the change to take place only in manual its approving.

ucmdb discovers the CIs in your enviroment, which is already exists. It means, it already change happened.
Using the configuration manager, you can see the cahnges like what change is done .
After this you can take the decision.
If you think this change is valid, then you can authroize it, means you can approve this.
If you feel this is not right change, then you can take appropriate action to revert it back.
Hope this clarifies.

How i can see in UCMDB that CI is in authorized state? I can identify it by the value of an attribute?
Is it possible to deploy CM 9.20 on UCMDB 9.05 if UCMDB allready in use and have some custom ci types and attributes and ci instances.
Is it possible to run automatically external exe, bat file etc after ci`s was athorized?

you can install the CM, and connect to the existing ucmdb . This is possible.
There will be two states running, one is actual and anothe one is authorized state.

The only thing you need to do is create your integration point by logging into DefaultClient(Athorized)
If your ucmbd is connected to CM, then in ucmdb there will be two customer created.
If you login to ucmdb by selecting the authroized and create integration point for the BSM, then you are visible to only authroized CIs.
