Performance Report getting splitted in pdf format under Applications -> User Report

Has anyone worked on creating Performance Report under User Reports.

We did 1 but the pdf file is getting splitted under 2 pages.

We were asked to apply the following changes but it didn't work.

Try changing all the appearances of "maxColumnsPF" in: HPBAC\AppServer\webapps\site.war\WEB-INF\rfw\conf\internal\rfw-presentation.xml
its deafult is 7. You can increase it to 10 or so and see if the report shows up fine.

HP BAC 8.07 Patch installation

Re: Performance Report getting splitted in pdf format under Applications -> User Report

Have applied the following patch recommended by HP & it did fix the issue.

Link:

1. Patch was applied on Win 2003 OS where Dev BAC 8.07 is installed

2. Prod env is on Win 2008 & this Patch has a note saying it works on Win 2k and 2003

But have got the following queries.

1. Has anyone worked on installing this on Win 2008 R2 & was it successfull?

Thanks

Re: Performance Report getting splitted in pdf format under Applications -> User Report

HP Support Team confirmed it's a documentation error & this Patch does support Window 2008 R2 platform.
