ONLINE EXPERT DAY in the APM Support Customer Forum!

Hello Everyone,

 

 

Application Performance Management (BAC/BSM) is  hosting an Online Expert Day starting on February 3rd, 2014!  Mark this on your calendars!

 

 

If you are a customer with a support contract, then we would like to invite you to join us in the Application Performance Management (BAC/BSM) Support Customer Forum starting on February 3rd at 10:30 PM Eastern Standard Time when HP product Experts will be online for 24 hours to answer any questions regarding the following topic:

 

BSM (APM & OMi) 9.2x Real USER MONITOR (RUM) 9.2xTroubleshooting

 

This includes:

  • What is Real User Monitor (RUM)?
  • RUM architecture
  • Key monitoring concepts
  • Deploying RUM
  • Real User Monitor ( RUM) 9.2x
  • RUM Browser
  • Server Collector (Virtual TAP)
  • Data Export
  • How to Troubleshoot RUM end to end?

 

What is an Online Expert Day?

 

Online Expert Day is an event when HP product, R&D, and Support team members and other employees join our online forums to answer your toughest technical questions.  Online Expert Days give you a chance to talk directly with the HP Experts.

 

How does the Online Expert Day event work?

 

Starting on February 3rd at 7:30 PM Pacific Standard Time / 10:30 PM Eastern Standard Time / February 4th at 03:30 AM Greenwich Mean Time / February 4th at 09:00 India Standard Time, log in to the Application Performance Management (BAC/BSM) Support Customer Forum and create new posts in the forum to ask your questions.  The Online Expert Day will end on February 4th at 7:30 PM Pacific Standard Time / 10:30 PM Eastern Standard Time / February 5th at 03:30 AM Greenwich Mean Time / February 5th at 09:00 AM India Standard Time.

 

HP Experts will be online for 24 hours in the forum and will do their best to answer your questions. They may need to get some more information from you so please check the box "email me when someone replies".  An online conversation will be born!

 

To participate, you do need access to the Application Performance Management (BAC/BSM) Support Customer Forum.

 

If you don’t have access, please add your Support Agreement ID (SAID) to your HP Passport profile and log in again.

 

If you have a valid support contract and are still experiencing issues, please send an email to swcommunity@hp.com.

I missed it!!! when will the next online expert day be? I am so disappointed to have not been able to attend this one. Sarah
