[OMi] - Event Time is different after exporting to excel.

When I export the event to Excel, I see the time changes i.e. -6 hours.

Any advise?

:) faced same few months back :)

nothing to worry :) time you are getting is GMT .
At that time I added GMT + 05. 30 for IST for my timezone.

Hi,

Start from the BSM menu itself. Login with the user you use to navigate in BSM web interface. Go to Admin > Personal Settings > User Account. Under section "Personal Settings", check the "Time zone" field, if it is the right one.

You can also try to change it, hit Apply and Logout/Login. Test the export option one more time. Does that make a difference?

Hi Riya,

Is this in the user profile in BSM?

I have checked & the time is +5:30 Calcutta.

You mean should that be set up 00:00GMT

Yes Riya is correct, as data is coming directly from DB, so u are getting GMT time instead of custom time.
