I installed OMI Management Pack for Oracle, and now when I go to Admin>Operations>Content Pack and click on OMI Mgmt Pack for Oracle Databases it tries loading for sometime and then says backend service did not answer within expected response time (Time out error),then I click on Retry and get the same message. I tried restarting BSM services twice but did not help.Could anyone please help and tell what could be the cause of this and I got operation successful after installation.
BSM Version 9.22
All other content Packs work fine.MA ins installed and Infra COntent Version is 9.22
Thanks in advance!

Make sure you are on BSM 9.22 IP1 or 2.

I also tried installing OMI management content pack in our PROD environment and it works fine.
I can see all the aspects under Database management in Admin > Operations Management > Monitoring > Management Templates and Aspects. but gives timeout error on content pack page as I mentioned earlier, not sure why.
OR Could you tell me how can i uninstall it as I am facing this issue in DEV, I tried deleting it but it doesnt delete the actual data but only deletes its from content pack page.
Mistakenly I did install on both GW and DPS in our DEV environment but should have been done only on DPS.
I could not find much in the logs, see below:

As it concerns the Dev environment, i would consider uninstalling & reinstalling the Omi mgt pack.
The actual import is done by the tool ContentManager.bat (launched from ..HPBSM\bin)
You can also try to use this tool to delete the Oracle content pack.
I wish you good luck.

Thanks for your response.
I have BSM installed on Linux, I can see contentmanager.sh, but not sure how to uninstall OMi Management Pack for Oracle using it, nor I could find the steps anywhere. Would you be able to help me by telling me the process to uninstall it using contectmanager.sh.
Your help will be highly appreciated as I am struggling to resolve this issue.

should give you the list of options you can use.
contentmanager -username admin -password admin -port 80 -server [GW server FQDN} -customer 1 -l
should give you the list of currently deployed content packs.
contentmanager -username admin -password admin -port 80 -server [GW server FQDN} -d [name of the content pack to be deleted, example OMi_OOTB_ContentPack}
should delete it, but will only delete its definition.
In case you are still not sure how to proceed, i would suggest to open a support case.
Hope this helps,
