Need to create a Script to recalculate SLA numbers in BPM

Hello,

Is there a way to create a script to recalculate SLA numbers for over 300 applications in BPM?

I am wandering if there is a way to write the script using BPM API instead of recording an Web/HTML script that does not work?

Thank you,

Rad

Re: Need to create a Script to recalculate SLA numbers in BPM

The only way to recalculate SLAs is from the jmx-console.

BSM9 has an unsupported tool that can invoke jmx operations. it is under: \HPBSM\opr\support\opr-jmxClient.bat (or .sh in Linux installation).

the offline engine port is 29608.

so all you have to do is get all the SLA Ids (can be done via jmx console or RTSM API) and invoke the tool with the same arguments as you would run it from the jmx-console.

please note: i didnt try this myself, so i assume you will be the first on this track...

good luck!
