Hanging Automatic Actions in BSM

Hello!
We have discovered that Automatic Actions do not work well in our BSM. 
Periodically automatic actions just hang in "Running" State. Stop button seems to be not working properly: a pop-up window saying: "Action launched successfully."  appears  after the button is pressed. Nevertheless, State is still "Running".

OMU version: 09.11.100  


BSM version:
          HP BSM 9.13.491, Build 312
Patch Information:
          HP BSM 9.13.491 Intermediate Patch
HP BSM 9.13.411 Intermediate Patch
          HP BSM 9.13.281 Intermediate Patch
HP BSM 9.13.171 Intermediate Patch
          BSM 9.13.051 Intermediate Patch

Please check if one of the fixes included in the BSM 9.13 IP 9 patch, apply to your situation:

  The event auto-action status is not properly propagated
  from OML to BSM if the update comes in a bulk and one of

That problem was solved by HP BSM 9.13.411 Intermediate Patch that is already installed on our BSM.

Ok, did you consider upgrading to 9.23 as well?
