Both Tier Summary Report and Application Infrastructure Report is not showing for a specific application ( these reports are showing for other RUM applications). the application is in DMZ and is being load balanced between 3 different servers. RUM updated the application model and the model in RTSM looks ok.
any hint on where to start troubleshooting this. all other RUM reports are populated with data.

Are all your application in the same DMZ including those that show data?
I would advise to use RUM Server collector in the application server if possible and if this is the only one with problems.
Either ways, you can use tools such as windump/tcpdump to monitor traffic in RUM probe isolating the capture to only the desired IP Address to confirm that rum probe is capable to get data fro this host.

appreciate your response. to answer your questions:
- Other applicaitons using the same probe/engine are showing all reports.
- This application in question here is only missing Tier Summary/Application Infrastructure reports, and the other reports are available for this application and it's not a data collection issue from probe/engine side.
Any idea if the RUM Tier/Application infrastructure summary reports depeneds on the RTSM model. any further thoughts on this.

Report document details can provide reasons on why data may no show.
From User Guide > End User Management > End User Management Reports > Viewing Data for Different Application Tier Types in Real User Monitor Reports for Different Application Tier Types in Real User Monitor Reports:
The RUM Tier Summary report groups and displays data in different tabs—Highlights, Application, and Network. While all the tabs are always included in the report, certain application tier types may not be included in a tab, or specific fields may not show data for certain application tier types.
If a selected application includes a TCP/UDP streaming tier, for which partial data only is available, some columns do not display data for this tier.
If a selected application includes a tier that does not have any HTTP or TCP data, the Application tab does not include this tier.
If a selected application includes a tier that does not have any TCP or UDP data, the Network tab does not include this tier.
For UDP protocols, some of the columns in the Network tab do not display data."
I hope this helps.
