I have a script developed using Ajax TruClient with VuGen 11. Now, I am able to deploy it to BPM 9.02 but, when I try to run it, I get a timeout status. I went through all the logs I could think of and the only error message I could find so far was:
"20/09/2011 13:39:52 t=00000379ms: Error -205177: Unable to obtain mdrv result dir: sVerify=NULL, sGroupId=NULL, sVUsers=1 [MsgId: MERR-205177] [MsgId: MERR-205177] "
Does anyone have any clue as to what my problem might be?
- BAC version 8.06
- VuGen version 11.03
- BPM version 9.02
- script protocol: Ajax TruClient
I already found this thread and looked for the files they pointed out but with no luck, my system doesn't have any of them.
Any clues? Anyone?

I am having the same thing with 9.02 BPM.
I installed BPM 9.03 to hopefully fix the problem. Unfortunalty, on 9.03 it prompt "Finished Properly" but:
- no transactions being reported to BSM (9.01 in my case)
- the script run time is only few seconds while it should be almost a minute - which means it didn't run
I hope someone can come up with info on how to solve the problem.

There is a manual procedure for the new BPM 9.02 and 9.03 which is part of the release notes.
try this one titled with: "Error: Unable to obtain mdrv result dir"
It suppose to help in that specific case.
(didn't work for me but worth trying)

Thank you for the tips. Nevertheless, they didn't work for me. I followed the procedure with BPM 9.02 and I'm still getting the same error message.
I even tried uninstalling VuGen so as to apply only patch 1 (from BPM 9.02 readme file I got to know that only scripts recorded with VuGen 11 patch 1 are supported).
Presently I'm left with no alternatives. I'll update if by any change I have any news on this. Also, if anyone else has any other info, I think both Coby and I would very much appreciate it.

My similar problem was solved by changing the workspace folder location from its default location.
It seems like TruClient scripts got long path files which cause problems.
Try to relocate the workspace directory to something like: C:\hp\bpm
p.s. - I am using bpm 9.03
