By Default log levels set to Debug

Is there a reason why many logs are set to DEBUG by default after the initial install of the BSM application? I am being prompted to set these logs to something else (INFO) by System Health. Do I want to do that? Normally, I have only set logs to DEBUG if I am looking for the cause of an issue.

BSM version: 9.13
DB: Oracle 11.2g
