BSM Service Health Views and Screen Real Estate

On our BSM system (running 9.23) Service Health pages like EUM Application Status, which display CIs in row format, take up lots of screen real estate due to the height of the rows. if the rows were thinner, they could display more CIs on one screen without sacrificing text, etc. is there a way to use smaller fonts, smaller icons, or smaller row sizes to accomplish this?

no.

you can use other component instead of Hierarchy, like View Explorer or TopView.

Re: BSM Service Health Views and Screen Real Estate

thanks for the quick response.

we are using views like End User Monitors to "quickly" see the health of all monitored apps. top view has other limitations and is too busy. the tabular views like EUM Application Status are better suited to our needs but have the problem with the row height that limits the number of rows that can be seen without scrolling.

sounds like i need to enter an enhancement request.

correct (and I think such ER is already in place).

You can also look at using Watch List, for quick navigation between applications (use the "snall cards" display mode).
