BSM/OO Integration

Hello Experts,

Integrating BSM with OO, BSM 9.22/OO 9.07

I’ve followed the BSM_922/3_Integration_Operations_Orchestration.pdf, but some reason there is an error failed getting flow details for flow ID and unable to find valid certification path to requested target.

I’ve re-tried the steps that loads the cert and double check that the cert is loaded on both the JRE and JRE64 keystores.

However, it seems like the issue has not been resolved. Is there other thing that I am not aware of OR missing?

I am attaching the log file for reference.

Thanks in advance.

Re: BSM/OO Integration

hello,

In your setup, the reason for the SSL handshake not working is that the Java keystore and the Tomcat keystore are out of sync, they don't have matching certificates.

What you can do is try to configure SSL manually.

Your question is also worth posting in the OO forum :

Re: BSM/OO Integration

Hi Pat,

Thanks for replying.

I think I understand what you are saying, but can you elaborate more on the issue?

What might causes the Java keystore and the Tomcat keystore out of sync? In addition, I am not understanding when you mentioned that they don't have matching certificates.

I generated the certificate from OO server and imported the same certificate in BSM DPS and GW. How could it be possible that they don't have matching certificate? I am trying to understand the root cause.

Also, try to configure SSL manually is there a instruction in manul on how to proceed? Is there a way of configuring SSL besides manual suggests?

Thanks very much in advance.

It looks like I no longer getting unable to find valid certification path to requested target error massage, but still have an issue with others as log displays.
