BSM Helpfiles Compiled HTML

Hi Experts,

Could you please let me know Is is possible to access the BSM helpfiles without accessing the BSM console.  I mean how can i get the Compiled HTML format for BSM help files so that it can be accessed anywhere/anytime(on my local machine) seperately without opening BSM.

I have BSM 9.22 on Windows.

Thanks & Best Regards,

Mayank

Re: BSM Helpfiles Compiled HTML

You should be able to get it under HPBSM\AppServer\webapps\site.war\amdocs\eng\doc_lib on your BSM GW server.

Re: BSM Helpfiles Compiled HTML

Hi,

The online help files are located in this directory on the BSM Gateway Server:

HPBSM\AppServer\webapps\site.war\amdocs\eng\doc_lib

Just copy the contents of this directory to your local machine, and then open the index.htm file located there in a browser and you'll have the online help.

Another option would be to access them via this URL, which would read the docs on the Gateway server directly, without going thru the BSM UI:

http://<Gateway Server>/topaz/amdocs/eng/doc_lib/index.html
