I need to retrieve real-time KPI statuses from external application.
In BSM Extensibility Guide in see only posibilities to view KPI Over Time Report is that true that i can not see real time KPI statuses with Service Health External API?
In RTSM Developer Reference Guide i see this posibilities in chapter 8 Viewing KPIs in External Applications.
In this chapter the first step is "Create an Adapter Instance" in RTSM integration studio
I need to choose BACKPIsAdapter for integration point, which license i must have for it?
BACKPIsAdapter - not available for choosing now.

your question is not clear, since in the topic it seems that the KPI statuses are in external application that you want to bring into BSM, but then you ask how to retrieve statuses from BSM...
anyway, if you want to export real time statuses from BSM you can use:
1) BAC KPI Adapter for federation of statuses via RTSM, but it requires discovery license
2) use the service health API (search the docs for BAMOpenAPI).

We really need ro show BSM KPI`s Values and Statuses in external web-console.
We have Discovery License and can use BACKKPIs adapter.
As described in Chapter 8 Viewing KPIs in External Applications RTSM Developer Reference Guide a created integration point with adapter named BACKPIsAdapter and choose the Kpi and KpiObjective CITs.
Now i need to define TQL using the Kpi and KpiObjective CITs, but i have now idea how this TQL may looks.
I`m traying to Make TQL:
ConfigurationItem -> (relation composition) KPI
ConfigurationItem -> (compound relation) KPI
ConfigurationItem -> (Join relation(compare by globalid)) KPI
But in TQL preview i don`t have any results for this queries
Please tell how TQL must be looks.

Thank you, Asaf i opened case,
In additional i want you ask about some error message. This message appear, when i try to show Element instances kpi or kpiobjective in CIT manager(see image below). Is it normally for federated cis?
