BPM 9.22 on WIndows 2008 SP2 32-bit, IE 9 installed.
Cannot get a TC IE script to replay through the BPM. It keeps failing to start. Tried invoking manually aswell with same result. TC FF script will replay ok, and I can run the script through Vugen 11.51 on the same machine with good results.

The BSM 9.x supports only the version of Vugen until 11 patch 3. (LR/Vugen 11.03).
Please check the BSM-BPM support matrices.
I've attached a small piece of the support matrix which will show you the table of supported versions of BSM-BPM-LR combinations.
So, try using a Vugen 11.03 and use FireFox TruClient Script.

9.22 is the latest patch (released end of April) and does support LR 11.51 scripts with Truclient IE protocol.
Firefox protocol is not an option either as it has an issue of not loading any of the page objects when recording with Sharepoint 365 which is the application under test.
This case is with HP Support now.

Did you really have installed BPM 9.22 (patch BACBPM_00046)?
Or you just installed Vugen 11.5x (patch BACBPM_00047)?

I have the Official BPM 9.22 and Vugen 11.51
The Script keeps aborting - from Vugen it works Beautifly but from BPM it's getting timed out and aborts.
