Is there a way to restart an Agreement in SLM which was stopped by mistake? The Agreement is in the "Terminated" state.
Any suggestion is welcome. Thanks a lot

Honestly i am a bit confused and i fail to understand how the terminated Agreement is related to the CMDB? Can you give me a hint on what i would need to edit i CMDB to restart the Agreement?
Thanks a lot

The SLA object is kept on CMDB , with its start date and and date (plus other attributes)
to change the SLA end date, you need to use CMDB admin (CI Type manager for example) to find the CMDB object represent the SLA (I thing the CI type is "Service level aggrement"), and update the specific attribute
please notice that the SLA CI type is not displayed by default in CMDB admin, since its a sub class of "configuration" CI type. in order to display the CI type (and find the CI instnace for your SLA) you will need to change the "root" CI type displayed in CMDB admin. look at the forum for how to do this change.
Hope this helps,

if You found result this queery it may can start again:
Select * FROM NOA_TASKS where NOAT_TYPE = 'reaggregation'
then You have delete the querry result with:
DELETE FROM NOA_TASKS where NOAT_TYPE = 'reaggregation'
back to bac choose admin service level management, the schedule will be automatic run
