We are trying to generate a report using Ajax Truclient and Mobile Truclient Vugen scripts and check the same in BAC/BPM.
BAC - 7.5 and BPM 9.2 and Vugen 11 with SP1
We see no data being generated in BAC 7.5. Transactional Analysis shows an empty time window and BPM says unsuccessful and failure.
Vugen reports 20 sec for the URL to load using Mobile Truclient or Ajax Truclient but BAC reports show a max of 9.863 sec and no transactions are displayed on BAC reports under business process.
Please let me know if there is any way out to generate complete reports in BAC/BPM using the mobile truclient protocol.
Do we need any patch for this?

I confirm that we have the same issue when running a Vugen Script (developped in Vugen 11.52) in Ajax TruClient IE protocol, we receive errors and the BPM produces no results for this script. We have BSM 9.21 running with HP SaaS BPMs (so I presume they are at the latest version).
One would think that all protocols would be supported by the BPMs... what's the story HP?!

The only supported version of VuGen that works with BPM 9.22 is 11.51, not 11.52. Please recreate you scripts in this version.

Does BPM 9.22 support Vugen 11.52 patch 1 now? or is it still only supporitng Vugen 11.51?

As of today, the latest version of Vugen supported by the latest version of BPM is Vugen 11.51, which is supported by BPM 9.22.
