Revolutionize Requirements?

Fresh off the heels of our participation at Business Analyst World in Toronto where we had engaging conversations with customers and non-cutomers alike, we talked at length about our view of what Agile Requirements can do for the organization.  You can see a similar presentation here at www/hp.com/go/rm.

But lets discuss how we are seeing a revolution in Requirements Definition and Management at the Enterprise level.  Two primary discussions of this are occuring at Discover, and they are around

1)      Calculating the ROI of Requirements at the Enterprise level, as well as

2)      Socially enabling requirements to stream line your efforts

Our customer CareFirst revolutionized their requirements system to save their company a LOT of money and work.

You can hear all about it in their presentation track:  Revolutionize requirements and realize rewards with HP ALM, Session BB2538

In addition, our Requirements Product Manager and Expert, Lahary Ravuri will be on site to discuss using HP’s Enterprise Collaboration to ensure the best and most efficient process of communication around Requirements, a collaboration that goes hand in hand with new ideas such as agile requirements.  Her abstract is: Social media:  a new aspect of software requirements definition and management, Session BB2586

Requirements are one component of the entire Application Lifecycle Management Track

And as always, more information can be found at www.hp.com/go/rm and www.hp.com/go/alm.
