Mark your calendar: Customer Webcast Panel on Migrating to HP ALM, Wednesday, May 4th, 10 am PT.

One of the most frequent questions we're seeing in the HP Software ALM and Quality Center community discussion forums pertains to upgrading from Quality Center Enterprise to ALM 11.   We've had a "why upgrade" webcast and an expert day with HP product team experts but we feel it's time now bring together a forum of your peers, our customers who have and are in the middle of upgrading and let them share their experiences and best practices.  Now is your chance to hear what customers are actually experiencing during the upgrade process.

In this roundtable discussion you will hear NetApp, Nationwide and TD Ameritrade discuss:

  • Why they upgraded from HP Quality Center to the new HP ALM 11 solution
  • How they planned for the migration and what issues they ran across
  • What results and benefits they hope to see

We will ask specific and pertinent questions such as:

1)      Why migrate?  What benefits are you expecting and what compelled you to migrate?

2)      How did you plan the migration? How did you break it up and execute across teams?  What pre-requisite information did you need to find out and plan for?  Have you run into any issues to date?

3)      How did you scale out the migration?  Did you plan a series of small rollouts?  How many users and projects at a time?  How did you select who to migrate first?

4)      With ALM 11, the user experience changed for the PC users.. How did you enable them on the new user experience and new capabilities?

5)      What would you do differently?

Please mark your calendar for what will be a lively and informative panel!
