we are partners and clients of HP, and usually we gave consultancy to our clients and advice HP networking equipments.
We have an issue because one of HP employers, bypassed us and contacted the client directly when we have asked for a meeting. As if was´t enough HP employer told the client that we have not technical skills and that he should contact another partner.
This is pretty serious and has ruined our image with the client !! For sure that this is not the standard business conduct and relationship HP want and we have not seen this kind of ...behaviour ??? with other brand or company.
To which email or person can we send this kind of info, so it can be investigated internally and be certain that it wont happen again with us or other HP client ?
