Hi - I'm not familiar with Alert solving runbooks for SaaS - can you say more about that or direct me to where I can find more information?   Thanks!

Re: Where are you using automation technologies to support Agile delivery?

As part of HP SaaS day to day work we monitor our backend servers and applications. Upon receiving an alert (for example memory leak, or disk space, or application down, etc..) we have a "run-book" which is procedure or a set of steps to be executed in order to solve the issue.

I'm the project lead for automating these processes, instead of an operator going manually through the steps I'm using Operations Orchestrations software to design flows that accomplish this automatically.

Is that the kind of automation you were referring to?
